Holy Communion to the Housebound and Elderly

Each Sunday a member of the parish takes Holy Communion to those who are unable to attend Mass.
Pastoral Care Visit

Pastoral care, available for parishioners who may be seeking a little more extended visits. These visits might or might not involve Holy Communion, but will involve a deeper pastoral opportunity for the person at home to explore their inner life as people of faith. The visits may also assist people to determine when extra help is needed from health care and mental health support agencies.
