10 November, St Michael's Church at 6pm

11 November, St Monica's Church at 6 pm

12 November, St Monica's Church (2 liturgies) at 5.30 pm and 7 pm

COVID-19 Restrictions
Due to Covid-19 restrictions - the number of people attending the sacrament is restricted to family only (This means those who live in one house, Mum, Dad and siblings of the candidate only) and the sponsor.

Families should now be working through the Confirmation home booklets in preparation for the parent/child formation night on 29 October 2020.

The home booklets must be completed, including, signing the last page – ‘Parents’ Discernment of Readiness’.  The home booklets are then to be handed into the school or parish office by Monday 2 November in order for Fr Loi to sign them prior to the sacrament. The booklets will be handed back to the candidates on the night of their sacrament, along with their certificate.

Purchasing a stole for Confirmation
Purchasing a stole is optional and is not compulsory. If you wish to purchase a stole, please make the payment of $20 through the parish Qkr! App and send an email to
sc.belconnennorth@cg.org.au Arrangements will then be made for delivery/pickup.
Parish stoles are available for loan on the night.

Parent/Child Formation Night
The parent/child formation night is compulsory and will be held on 29 October 2020 at 6pm via zoom.

Planned Giving Arrangements

The parish sincerely thanks all parishioners who contribute to the Planned Giving Program, particularly to those who have continued to support the Parish during these difficult days.  We recognise too that there are families who have been impacted by work restrictions and consequently may not be able to contribute at this time.  Our prayers are with you all.

With the closure of the Church for weekly Mass, our income has been significantly reduced to only that of Planned Giving and while we are able to reduce some expenses, the reduced income does not cover all the remaining expenses.

With such uncertainty as to future income, we would like to ask those parishioners who contribute through the envelopes to again consider moving to direct debit contributions.  This would not only assist in ensuring a regular cash flow but would also cut down on the administration work involved and reduce the need to handle cash.  You might like to begin now or think about it for the new financial year.  Application forms are available at http://cg.org.au/belconnennorth/ApplicationForms.aspx

Alternatively, you can continue to physically drop off your envelopes to the locked letterboxes at St Michael’s and St Monica’s or consider making direct deposits to Our Lady of Perpetual Help BSB 062 786 A/c No 00029453 giving details of your envelope number and surname.

If you have any questions or wish to discuss your contributions please contact Ted Smith on 6241 3364 or 0411 106 295.

Donations for the First Collection

The first collection at Mass provides the stipend for our parish priests.  If you would like to continue your

contribution, a direct debit can be made to the Central Presbytery Fund, BSB 062 786, Ac No 000 029 248 with

Reference:  your parish locality and your family name  (eg BelNorth Smith) . It's important to include the

reference so that funds can be allocated correctly.  Alternatively, you can arrange for funds to be debited

regularly from your bank account.  Download the form from the APPLICATION FORMS tab at the top of this
